All our aftermarket products are guaranteed to meet or exceed the original equipment manufacturers recommended Fit, Form and Function. If goods are found to be defective, Aftermarket Filtration Experts sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace such goods at their option without charge to the purchaser, or refund the purchase price of the goods. In no event shall Aftermarket Filtration Experts be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
